有话要说：很长很长很长...

最近看到很多这些什么cafe投资计划啦，蔬菜投资计划啦，一大堆“益街坊”投资计划

早前，刚中学毕业时，是不是身边很多人都进了类似直销的计划？听说回酬很好下..有谁进了？相信很多人都有进过或听过..他们现在怎样了？发达了？

其实发达是其次，试问你的回酬如计划所承诺那样吗？已经回本了？还是开始赚钱了？

那你，算不算是早起的鸟，吃了后者的虫？还是说后来者也有虫吃？

我想说说关于cafe的投资计划，在于忠诚顾客培养方面，这计划肯定有一定的效果(会有一定的人潮),因为他还没开张(可能现在要开了，在装修着)，你就已经“预付”您的“伙食费”了。问题在于餐饮业并不是暴力行业(不可能一开张就赚钱的),要过相当的时间才能回本。以这类计划(cafe)发放回酬的速度(首两年60%过后30%两年,五年,过后还有利润吗？)相信那个计划的请保重了.(QSR同时拥有KFC,PizzaHut,Ayamas,可是不会给于一年超过10%的股息回酬**以前的数据**，你们觉得你的cafe会赚比他多吗？

连锁店，一般经营方式都是franchise(mcd,old town),单单一个franchise fee就够你头痛了，而且franchise公司也不担保一定赚。也是这样，总公司才会不断成长，不成长只能等人淘汰

现在这类cafe经营模式＝说一伙人合资付了买总公司，没了franchise fee的收入，还要应付其他营运成本，超高的投资回酬呢？结构确实属于一体式(跟QSR类似+鲜少franchise)

理论上，可行，完全没问题

实际上，要应付庞大的回酬，加上顾客可能会用上免费餐倦，别忘记，你一人招一人进股，试想想会有多少个“一人”

cashier会收到的cash，会是多少？

免谈了credit card付费，要等至少一个月，银行才过帐

so 少许的cash+很多的免费餐卷

一个酱的公司如何有回酬？

有咯，你要努力招人咯

说到招人手法(类似direct sales)

就是所谓的金字塔(piramid)或者money tree

money tree，有人告诉我是违法的(酱久，我没去证实，也没兴趣证实)--所谓的听说

你处于哪层的piramid里呢？

要招多少人才能越升越高呢?

往往他们教你从亲戚，好友，朋友“开炮”

很多时候

我看到朋友加入会有些不爽(都是以前罢)

批评他们

可是几年前还是一年前

我看到了

一个人因为自己要闯一番事业

性格和效率180度转变

那时

我想

只要自己觉得是能赚的

就去做

其实早早在kl就很流行了

这次，来势凶凶的来到槟城(很hot的投资)

so,想写写东西

这些cafe对我的印象不是很好

可是我对kl的steven corner有ok的印象

-普通mamak店咯

-食物可以吃咯

我没有餐卷，我那时不懂有如此的投资(见识不够广)

现在才发现他是如此的经营手法

我想说@总结

不是这cafe不能做，是我不能做

这是我一路来的口头禅

没有针对人或什么

如果我的想法或说法错了
